Built with a calibrated overwound design, the Ancho Poblano pickups increase output from neck to bridge, ensuring richer lows, punchier mids, and crisp highs. The Alnico 5 bridge pickup with flat pole pieces delivers focused attack and enhanced dynamics, while the Alnico 3 neck and middle pickups with staggered pole pieces provide balanced articulation with deep midrange presence.
The reverse-wound, reverse-polarity (RWRP) middle pickup eliminates hum in positions 2 and 4, ensuring silent operation in Strat's signature configurations. Each pickup is potted to resist feedback and environmental damage, while the cloth wire and fibre bobbin construction maintains authentic Fender craftsmanship.
