Web Content Writer / Inventory Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven, and gear-obsessed individual to join our team as a Web Content Writer / Inventory Assistant. This role sits at the heart of our operation, supporting the Inventory Manager while ensuring our extensive range of guitars, pedals, amplifiers, and accessories are accurately represented across our website. This is a on-site role suited to someone with strong product knowledge who is comfortable working with data, systems, and guitars. You’ll play a key role in managing product information, assisting with purchasing administration, maintaining internal systems, and creating informative, engaging web content that helps our customers make confident buying decisions.
 
Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Purchasing Support: Work closely with the Inventory Manager to assist with purchasing administration and day-to-day inventory-related tasks.
 
Product Data & System Management: Import, create, and maintain accurate product records within our internal systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
 
Web Content & Product Listings: Create clear, engaging, and informative web content for product listings and brand pages, accurately describing features, specifications, and benefits.
 
Reporting, Analysis & Spreadsheets: Run sales and inventory reports and use Excel and spreadsheets to track performance and data.
 
Gear Knowledge & Product Presentation: Use your knowledge of guitars and related gear to maintain accurate, well-presented listings across industry-standard and UK-exclusive brands.
 
This is a full time position with working hours being Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm.
