Delivery Info

We are pleased to be able to offer various delivery options to our customers via various different couriers to help best suit your needs, including FedEx, DPD and Royal Mail for Domestic UK deliveries, and DHL Express for international deliveries. Please find pricing for your chosen courier at the basket/checkout stage.

  • UK Deliveries
    Free Next Day Delivery on Orders Over £100

    For all orders exceeding £100, we offer a complimentary Next Day* FedEx delivery service. Simply select this option at checkout. FedEx provides a tracking number for you to monitor your parcel's journey. Note that the delivery timeframe is the Next Working Day, up to 6 pm. Please be aware that this is an all-day service without a specific time slot.

    If you prefer a more precise delivery service, consider upgrading to DPD's Next Day* option at checkout. DPD provides accurate tracking and a 1-Hour Time Slot on the morning of delivery.

    For smaller items, we also offer Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class postage options at checkout. Keep in mind that Royal Mail deliveries have varying delivery timeframes, and tracking is limited.

    *All Next Day deliveries are scheduled for the Next Working Day, contingent on all items being in stock at the time of the order and placed before the cut-off specified by our Delivery Countdown Timer.

    Delivery Guarantees

    While your selected courier will endeavor to deliver your parcel within the estimated time frame stated from the tracking provided, please be aware that once your parcel enters the courier network, transit delays may occur that are both outside ours and the courier's control. For these reasons we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase and scheduling a delivery, we would advise to select a courier option that you feel would suit your needs best and make use of the delivery date calendar where possible. Peach Guitars cannot be held liable for loss of earnings or time if the courier cannot deliver the parcel for any reason.

    Deliveries to Remote Areas

    Deliveries to certain postcodes, such as those in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and other remote areas, can take up to 1-3 working days to be delivered. Please keep an eye on your tracking for a rough delivery date and schedule, do not be alarmed if you have not seen a scan on your parcel for some time; it can take several hours for parcels to be sent and received from hubs across the country and in remote areas.     Order Amendments

    Ensure all delivery information and product details are accurate when placing an order. If you need to make changes post-order, contact us at 01206 765 777 or While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.

    For guitar orders, changing the model or serial number before dispatch may cause delays as the warehouse team will need to re-pick the guitar and our tech teams will need to check the quality and perform a set-up on it. If your order has already been dispatched, for security reasons we cannot always guarantee a change of address.   • International Deliveries
    Calculating Shipping Costs

    To determine the shipping cost for your order, add your chosen items to the basket and proceed to the checkout page. Select your country/region, and the shipping cost in GBP will be displayed. For assistance with unlisted locations, contact our sales team at 01206 765 777 or

    Import Costs Advisory

    Shipping costs in GBP do not cover import fees like VAT/Duty and Courier Handling Fees. VAT is calculated at your country's local rate (or state level for USA customers) and is collected by DHL Express during customs procedures. We cannot advise on any import costs that may be incurred to you once the item has shipped and the customs procedure has begun.

    We would Strongly Advise you to check with DHL and your local customs office for further advice on how much you may need to pay before placing your order. Once your order has shipped, Peach Guitars cannot be held liable for any import costs or fees involved, and cannot be held liable for any returns charges if you request your order to be returned mid-transit if you are unable to pay shipment related fees. The original shipping fee and any incurred returns fees may be deducted from your refund in such instances.

    Tracking Your Order

    Upon dispatch, DHL Express provides a Waybill number for tracking. DHL will also contact you for import fees payment, including taxes and duties. Ensure accurate contact information for smooth customs procedures.

    Delivery Timeframe

    While most international orders are fulfilled within 2-7 working days, delivery times may vary based on location and customs procedures. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

    Address Accuracy

    Ensure all provided address details are accurate. Amendments to the delivery address may not be possible after dispatch. Peach Guitars is not liable for delivery costs due to incorrect information.

    Product Availability

    Due to supplier agreements, certain products may not be available for shipping to all regions. Contact us at 01206 765 777 or for inquiries or concerns.


Company refers to Peach Guitars. Goods and services refers to The Goods and services which the company supplies. Purchaser refers to The person who the company is supplying goods and services to.

Ownership of Goods

Legal title in goods shall remain the company's until such time the company receives payment in full of all sums due in respect of goods supplied. If the purchaser fails to make all payments when due, dishonours payment, enters bankruptcy, liquidation, has a receiver or manager appointed over any assets or becomes insolvent, or if the company has reasonable cause to believe that any of these events may occur, the company shall reserve the right without prejudice to any other remedy of the company to repossess the goods and materials without prior notice and the purchaser will permit the company to enter any premesis for the such reposession. Deposit Goods reserved with a deposit will be held for a period of upto four weeks from invoice date unless other arrangements are agreed by us prior to deposit. Deposits are non transferable or refundable.

Shortages & Damage in Transit

Any shortages or damages must be reported to the company within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date. Please get in touch with the Customer Service team within this time frame if you have a damaged delivery to report, and the team will assist with getting this resolved as swiftly as possible.

We would strongly suggest to check over the item(s) as soon as possible from delivery, especially in cases where purchases may be intended as gifts to be given at a later date. Peach Guitars cannot be held liable for any damages reported after 24 hours from the delivery date.
