The Fender Vintage Noiseless Strat Pickup Set delivers the classic chime, sparkle and harmonic detail of early Stratocaster tone, but without the 60-cycle hum that comes with traditional single coils. As heard on the Eric Clapton Signature Stratocaster, these pickups combine vintage character with modern engineering to create a smooth, balanced and noise-free Strat sound that works for blues, rock, pop and clean styles.
Each pickup uses Polysol-coated magnet wire and staggered, hand-bevelled pole pieces for authentic response and even string balance. Alnico 2 magnets provide a warmer attack, sweeter highs and a less aggressive midrange, producing complex harmonics and a refined top end. The plastic bobbins and vinyl-coated lead wires maintain classic Fender construction, while the moderate output keeps the feel dynamic and touch-sensitive.
The set includes everything needed for optimum performance: pots, resistors, capacitors and installation hardware. With a matched SSS configuration, consistent DC resistance and carefully voiced inductance, the Vintage Noiseless set delivers the unmistakable Strat sound with modern noise reduction and studio-ready clarity.
