The Fender Custom Shop do some pretty special things and really push the boundaries of Leo Fenders vision.
Vincent Van Trigt is known across the globe as one of Fenders highly revered Masterbuilders, a select group of the worlds most esteemed luthiers. With this Godly status, any guitar with his name attached generates a huge amount of interest, and rightly so.
This Bass really is something special, it features an “Exotic Wood” body paired up with a beautiful Cocobolo top, it’s typically comfortable thanks to the lush sweeping curves. It’s not very often we see an NOS Masterbuilt bass so if you like what you see make sure to act quickly!
The 3A Birdseye Maple neck features a 60 J-Bass “U" profile, designed for precision and comfort; it's equally at home playing big low end root notes or technical work further up the neck. 20 6150 frets, and a 9.50" radius make this bass feel familiar and supremely comfortable.
Loaded with Novak PB-V and JB HC pickups this bass certainly delivers tonally, theres just no mistaking that signature Fender bass thump! it really does give off the vintage vibe. Vintage machine heads and a 4-Saddle Vintage relic bridge deliver ultimate tuning stability and intonation.
Supreme quality from top to bottom and shipped in a Fender Custom Shop hardcase, it's easy to see the Fender Masterbuilders are so highly regarded. Guitars of this calibre just don't come around every day, we love it and we're pretty sure you will too!
