Refund Info
If you have requested a return within our standard 14 day returns period and would prefer to opt for a refund opposed to an exchange, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the day the goods are safely received with us and meet our returns criteria.
If the purchase was made via card payment, please allow up to 10 working days for the banks to process the funds to your account.
Refunds will be processed back to the method of payment used, minus any premium delivery services paid (DPD w/Timeslot, DPD Saturday Delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class) as well as any deduction agreed upon, stated in our Returns Terms and Conditions, if an item does not meet our returns criteria.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable; if goods are returned that were purchased with Gift Vouchers, the value must only be redeemed in exchange for other goods from the store. Please speak to a member of the team about this if you wish to exchange goods purchased using Gift Vouchers.
Faulty Goods
Refunds in situations involving faulty goods within 30 days of purchase will be actioned as soon as possible following confirmation of the faulty goods from either ourselves or manufacture following assessment. However, please allow up to 10 working days for the banks to process the payment, if paid via credit/debit card.
Finance
Returned or cancelled orders paid via Klarna or Novuna Finance will be processed in the standard appropriate manner; our accounts team will action a cancellation of the respective agreement and you should be notified of this action by the respective financial company once complete. Any cash deposits will also be refunded via the method of payment.
Click & Collect
Orders placed via ‘Collect from Store’ (Click & Collect) are subject to usual distance selling regulations and can be returned for a refund or exchange within the first 14 days after collection, provided they meet our standard returns criteria.
