Cancellations Info

If you’ve changed your mind on a recently placed order and wish to cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. As long as the order has not yet been dispatched we’ll do our best to action cancellations as quickly as possible, however due to the speed at which orders are processed this may not always be possible.

If an order is on route via courier and you wish to cancel your order, we would strongly urge customers not to action a ‘Return to Sender’ before the parcel has been delivered. This often leads to additional complications and in turn a delay to any refund to be made. We would advise to please take delivery of your order, and request a return with the customer service team here - info@peachguitars.com

Orders that have been successfully cancelled prior to dispatch will be refunded as soon as possible back to the original method of payment, and within 14 days of cancellation.
