John Browne, the prog-metal master of Monuments, finds his musical canvas broadened with the versatile John Browne Signature Tao models. Schecter, following the success of the Satin Trans Purple versions, introduces a vibrant Azure Blue gloss top to the TAO collection. The guitar features a contoured Swamp Ash body, an Ultra Thin-U shaped Wenge/Padauk neck with carbon-fibre rods for stability, and an Ebony fretboard with Schecter's Ultra Access carve. Modern elements like a 25.5" scale length, 16" fretboard radius, and 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets enhance playability. Custom-voiced Colossus & Chaosbreaker pickups, Graph Tech Black Tusq nut, Hipshot bridge, and Hipshot Grip-Lock Tuners provide tonal flexibility and stability, activated by a 3-way switch and push/pull volume knob.

After the success of the Satin Trans Purple variations, Schecter have continued the range with this new colour, giving the Tao a more lively face with its Azure Blue gloss top.
The contoured Swamp Ash body meets a Ultra Thin-U shaped Wenge/Padauk neck with Schecter's Ultra Access carve providing effortless reach all the way up the minimal, unadorned Ebony fretboard. With a 25.5" scale length, 16" fretboard radius, 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets, it has all the modern features for optimum playability. The neck has carbon-fibre rods running through it for amazing strength and reinforcement to protect from humidity and temperature changes.
Custom voiced, USA-made Colossus & Chaosbreaker pickups provide all the tonal flexibility required to deliver everything from powerful riffs to delicate interludes, while the Graph Tech Black Tusq nut, Hipshot bridge and Hipshot Grip-Lock Tuners provide all the stability needed for when things get heavy. The pickups voicings are activated via a 3-way switch and a push/pull on the volume knob.
