A stunning example of a stunning model, this is the special 'Golden era' edition of the '59 Chet Atkins fitted with Bigsby.
Comfortable to play, a sweet tone and a killer look all combine into a gem in any collection, as appropriate on stage as in the studio.
This particular Gretsch is loaded with the incredible TV Jones classic pickups that are full of tone and expression, and can be controlled by the 3 position toggle (bridge, bridge and neck, and neck) along with the separate volume controls and a master volume too.
The body is a laminated Maple finished in a Gloss Nitrocellulose Lacquer and gorgeous aged white binding too.
Neck wise it's a Maple neck in the comfortable vintage 'V' profile, topped with an Ebony fretboard, inlayed with the classic perloid thumbnail inlays and a bone nut. This model comes as you'd expect with 22 frets and a 24.6" scale length.
A guitar that's right for anything from Jazz to Country to Blues or Rock, it's authentic as it's epic to play.
