Developed with direct input from Jose's daughter, Marisol Arredondo, and brought to life by Dave Friedman himself, this head encapsulates the spirit of the original Jose mods with exacting attention to detail and unmatched sonic performance.
Crafted around a 100-watt EL34 all-tube platform, the JOSE is designed to capture everything players loved about modded British amps - from roaring Plexi grind to harmonically rich saturation. With a 3-way Gain Style switch, Fat and Plexi voicing options, and dual master volume circuits, this amp opens the door to tones once only accessible through custom shops and historic modders.
A transparent, bypassable effects loop seamlessly accommodates modern pedal setups, while dual Global Presence controls shift the amp's voice between vintage and modern edge. Internally jumped input stages mean streamlined signal flow across both channels, and the custom USA-made transformers ensure bulletproof reliability and top-tier sonic performance.

The JOSE is built in very limited quantities. Dave Friedman personally oversees every single unit, and as a result, this amplifier is not part of the standard Friedman production line. We can receive just two units per month, and each order is effectively a custom commission. Because of this, please be aware of the following:

- Non-returnable unless proven faulty
