For over six decades, the iconic ES-335 has captivated guitar players worldwide with its unparalleled charm and versatile sound. Now, Epiphone proudly presents its own rendition of this historic masterpiece.
This Epiphone ES-335 features the classic semi-hollow body shape we all know and love. It looks and feels just like its Gibson counterpart. The semi-hollow body is constructed from Layered Maple, and features a super eye-catching Candy Red finish. This finish has a metallic nature, so when you put it under lights, youll really see the sparkling shimmer come through.
The neck is crafted from Mahogany and features a Rounded C neck shape. This is one of the most common Epiphone neck shapes due to its comfortable shape and feel. The Indian Laurel fingerboard features a 24.72 scale length, 12 radius, 22 medium jumbo frets, 43mm nut width, and of course block inlays, which is one of the most unique features of this model.
Its fitted with a pair of Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers, which do a really good job at recreating the classic PAF tone we all know and associate with golden era Gibson instruments. It also features Epiphone Deluxe tuners, a Tune-O-Matic bridge, and a stop bar tailpiece.
This instrument was originally built as an exclusive model for another dealer overseas. A few of these guitars made their way over to Europe, so weve been able to get our hand on them. As this model was crafted for another dealer, we are unable to 100% guarantee the accuracy of the build specification listed above. What we can guarantee is that this is super cool Epiphone instrument which you wont find many of here in the U.K.
