Can I get your opinion on something?
You absolutely can, whether it a question about a certain product, a certain price, a certain tone you're seeking, whether we'd recommend one thing over another, whatever you like really, just reach out to us and we'll do what we can to help.
Do we do part exchanges?
We do take in guitars, basses and amps on part exchange deals, but not pedals or accessories. For more details on our Part exchange deals click here.
Are there finance options for purchasing?
We offer various finance options through our partner Hitachi personal finance. Peach Guitars acts as a broker and not a lender.

Do we ship internationally?
We absolutely do, we have a very long list of very happy international customers over the years, we keep our prices competitive, our guitars go out double boxed every time, we only use decent courier services, and we're even capable of doing CITES licences that allows for legal exporting of endangered woods like Indian Rosewood (although this does slow the sales process down).
Buying from outside the UK? Don't forget to check your country's import and tax charges!
Are the photos/demo video for a guitar the one I'll actually receive?
Mostly yes... We photograph everything above a certain price point everytime, and the same for our Youtube demo videos too. However if it's a more modestly affordable item, or something that looks the same everytime we get one in then we won't redo them every single time. If it's affordable but shows unique grain or patterning everytime, then we'll re-photograph the new guitar, but won't do a new demo video.
Do you have your own parking?
We absolutely do, no lugging heavy hard cases or amps miles to the nearest car park for our customers, there's ample parking right outside.
I bought something online and would like to return it.
Under distance selling law you have 14 days from recieving something to return something to us with no quibble at all.

I bought something in store and want to return it.
Our policy on this is that 'all sales are final' - if you've visited, tried something in person while using our service, expertise etc, then there is no legal or moral responsbility for refunds. We will allow for an exchange in certain circumstances, get in touch to discuss your situation further.
