The addition of front and back body contours ensures enhanced comfort during prolonged playing sessions, while the Satin Organic Grain Butterscotch with Brown finish adds a touch of retro charm.
Central to the T-Icon's performance is its meticulously crafted hardware and electronics. The traditional 3-Saddle bridge, meticulously compensated for excellence in intonation, ensures impeccable tuning stability and robust playability. The nickel-plated steel baseplate, surrounding the angled single coil-sized bridge pickup, not only enhances its iconic aesthetics but also contributes to its articulate tone.
The Natural Satin Caramel Maple neck has a 60's Vibe profile - measuring .835" at the 1st fret and .960" at the 12th - with a 1 5/8" nut width and 25.5" scale length, for a slick but stable neck grip. The 12"-14" radius fingerboard offers optimal playing all along the neck and prevents the string fretting out on bends and wide vibrato. One of the most notable features of the T Icon is its fretwork. Equipped with Jumbo stainless steel frets, this guitar offers unparalleled playability and responsiveness. The stainless steel frets provide a silky smooth feel, allowing for effortless string bends and fluid vibrato.
The T-Icon is equipped with a versatile pickup configuration, comprising the TV7 and TV7+ pickups. The TV7 pickups offer full-bodied vintage single-coil tones with the TV7+ wound hotter for some extra bite. These pickups are specifically phased for Anderson's V-Quiet system so 60-cycle hum is a thing of the past! Combined with the 3-way switching system, players can effortlessly navigate through all the classic T-style tones.
