A Dazzling NAMM Custom with a Shifting Hue and Exceptional Tone

This Taylor C14ce B5026 from their NAMM Customs 2025 collection is truly exceptional. For those seeking an instrument that stands apart in both aesthetics and performance, this is a must-see.
The Grand Auditorium's appearance is striking. Dubbed Silver Cranberry Supernova by Taylor, its finish boasts a captivating colour-shifting effect. Initially, it evokes an "Antigua" aesthetic - a rarity for a Taylor in itself - but with movement, an impressive purple sparkle emerges. This unexpected blend complements the Antigua style remarkably, creating a stunning visual, further enhanced by the Florentine cutaway.
Beneath this remarkable finish lies a Sitka Spruce top and exquisite quilted Big Leaf Maple back and sides. Taylor's V-Class bracing enhances both volume and sustain, also contributing to improved intonation along the neck. The neck itself is crafted from Hard Rock Maple with a very dark Ebony fretboard. Aesthetic details include Spires fretboard inlays, a green abalone rosette, a Mother-of-Pearl peghead logo, and ebony binding. It's all impeccably finished with a full-body gloss, complemented by satin black tuners and ES2 electronics, and presented in a deluxe hardshell case.
Sonically, it delivers a full, punchy bass and has excellent overall volume. The balance of clarity and warmth allows it to respond beautifully to diverse playing styles. It is, without a doubt, a remarkably impressive instrument acoustically as well as visually.
Coupled with Taylor's renowned reliability and playability, this is a truly special instrument that effortlessly distinguishes itself from the rest. It's simply a remarkably cool guitar that genuinely stands out.
