This new collaboration between Doug and Schecter has spawned an instrument unlike no other!
The Doug Pinnick DP-12 has taken the music world by storm thanks to it's super unique 12 string design which creates a sound unlike anything you have ever heard before from a Bass.
The body is made from a strong piece of Mahogany finished in an awesome Satin Black. Mahogany as a tone wood has awesome depth and power behind it, perfect for this instrument. The body is well balanced and weighted brilliantly.
The 3-Piece Maple neck is reinforced with Carbon Fiber rods to provide extra strength against the added string tension. It features a Thin "C" 22 Extra Jumbo frets, 16" Radius, and a 34" Scale length. This neck is super quick and easy to navigate and with the Luminlay glow in the dark dots you can always see where your playing!
Thanks to the Seymour Duncan Pro Active APB-1 you have an incredible tone, beautifully dynamic and responsive to your every touch. The Diamond Custom Bass bridge provides a stable and comfortable playing platform.
