The Revv G25 is a compact, portable medium-wattage valve amplifier designed to deliver high-gain performance alongside modern functionality. It builds on the platform of the G20 with updated voicing and an expanded feature set, all housed in a durable, compact headshell. The amp features two channels with a shared EQ section and independent volume controls, allowing players to precisely balance clean and driven sounds without needing external adjustments. Additional built-in features such as an integrated noise gate, MIDI programmability, included footswitch, switchable low-power mode, and studio-quality digital reverb make the G25 a highly flexible solution for both live and studio use.

The G25 offers two distinct channels tailored for a wide range of playing styles. The Blue channel delivers clear, warm clean tones with strong headroom, making it ideal for pedal platforms and dynamic playing. The Purple channel is designed for high-gain applications and includes three selectable aggression modes, enabling players to move from tight modern rhythm tones to sustaining lead sounds or classic crunch. Both channels are carefully voiced to perform equally well with pedals or when plugged in directly, and the independent volume controls allow seamless switching between tones at consistent levels.

A key feature of the G25 is its integrated reactive load and impulse response (IR) technology. This allows the amplifier to be used with a traditional speaker cabinet or run directly via the XLR output without a cab. The direct output delivers a consistent, mix-ready signal that retains the response and feel of a valve amplifier, making it ideal for silent stages, recording environments, and headphone practice. Players can also load and edit their own impulse responses and apply post-processing effects, offering extensive control over their recorded or live sound without requiring additional external gear.

The G25 has been revoiced from the G20 to deliver increased headroom and a fuller overall sound while maintaining its 20-watt power rating. The updated power section improves clarity and punch, particularly on the high-gain channel, ensuring tight low-end response and improved articulation. The inclusion of a low-power mode makes it easier to achieve driven tones at reduced volumes, while the buffered effects loop ensures consistent signal integrity when using external effects.
