PRS S2 Custom 22 Custom Colour
These beauties are really something special, we expect these to sell by the bucketload, typical PRS build quality at a majorly new low price point, still made in the same factory as your DGT, Hollowbodies and fully specced out Custom 24s. We played the review guitar and we were really blown away by the sound and playability.

The PRS S2 Series offers the fit, finish, feel, and attention to detail of PRS craftsmanship in a straightforward design. Standing for "Stevensville 2," S2 Series instruments are made at PRS's Maryland shop blending new design elements and manufacturing techniques with practiced quality control and workmanship to create reimagined, fresh guitars that reach a more affordable price for players.
This beautiful example of the S2 range has been finished in a lovely custom colour and includes several key features such as, PRS S2 locking tuners, custom-wound pickups, PRS neck shapes, PRS S2 bridges as well as PRS fretwire, nuts, and double-action truss rods. The new asymmetrical, bevelled body shape offers a vintage vibe, and the flatness of the top gives these guitars a big, resonant voice.
Whether the S2 Series means your first PRS or an addition to your arsenal, one thing is certain: each model in the PRS S2 Series is a solid American-made guitar that makes no sacrifice in playability or tone.
The S2 Custom 22 takes the original PRS guitar, the Custom 22, and reimagines it with stripped-down features and a new aesthetic. Retaining the classic maple top/mahogany back combination, with our classic body shape & a new asymmetrical bevelled top, this guitar is resonant with a funky familiarity. Its versatility comes from its custom-wound pickups and 3-way blade switch. Familiar for PRS players of old, and a fresh take for players of all types.
