Detailed Features:
The Expression Ramper X3 allows precise control over the movement between points A and B on your expression-enabled devices. The LFO shapes include standard Triangle, Square, and One Shot, each with an alternate random variant. These waveforms can be easily accessed and modified through the pedal's intuitive controls.
- Triangle: Linear motion between A and B, with a random variation that moves to a random spot between A and B linearly.
- Square: Snaps between A and B, with a variation that moves to a random spot at each cycle's start.
- One Shot: Linear move from A to B or B to A, with a variation that snaps to a new random spot with each footswitch press.
Footswitch Functionality:
Initiate and stop motion with a simple stomp. Holding the footswitch momentarily stops or starts the movement, reverting to the previous state upon release. Visual and auditory guides help track the Ramper's position.
Synchronization Controls:
Sync toggles on Rampers II and III determine their synchronisation with Ramper I:
- ALL: Complete sync with identical outputs to Ramper I.
- RATE: Only the rate is synced; other settings remain independent.
- OFF: No syncing; the Ramper operates independently.
Tap Tempo and External Control:
Ramper I features a TAP button for setting the LFO speed and an external control jack for TRS Expression input, External Tap Tempo with a footswitch, or pulse sync. The TAP OUT jack allows syncing external units to Ramper I's tempo.
