Since it's release, the Sabre by Music Man has been a real fan favourite, thanks to its vast tonal capacities you can find in just about every genre.
With a rich and resonant Okoume body paired up with a 1/2" thick Flame Maple top with natural binding. It is beautifully finished in a sweet "Honey Suckle" stain, this really highlights the beauty of the woods figuring and the lack of pickguard really draws it to your attention. The Sabre is well weighted and balanced, as every Music Man guitar should be.
A Figured Roasted Maple neck and fingerboard delivers the perfect playing platform, it looks truly stunning and thanks to the comfortable slim "C" Profile, 10" Radius, 43mm Nut Width and of course 22 High Profile frets you can easily navigate you way around the neck, perfect for both intricate fast lead playing or first position chords.
The tones on this Sabre comes courtesy of a pair of Custom Wound Music Man Humbucking pickups, loaded with Alnico 5 magnets in the bridge and Ceramic 6 magnets in the neck, providing you will an aggressive bridge and fat sounding neck. With both Volume and Tone in conjunction with a 5-way blade you can really refine your tone just to how you like it. Schaller M6-IND locking tuners and a Music Man Modern trem system round of this guitar, providing a stable playing platform with great stability.
