All ESP E-II instruments are created at the ESP factory in Tokyo, Japan, and are designed for professional players who accept no compromises in tone, feel, or reliability for their guitars and basses. These guitars are an absolute dream to play!
The ESP E-II Eclipse DB is inarguably one of the coolest-looking guitars in the entire ESP offering. It starts with a great combination of Vintage Black finish and age-yellowed multi-binding with gold hardware. But the E-II Eclipse DB is more than a killer-looking instrument; its also one of their finest-playing guitars.
Powered by a set of EMG 60 (neck) and EMG 81 (bridge) pickups, its ready for everything from deep and contemplative sounds to the most screaming, aggressive tones imaginable. This beauty is just bursting with tone waiting to be released.
Featuring a set-neck design, its easy to get quickly up to the highest frets. It features a mahogany body with maple cap, a one piece mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard with 22 extra-jumbo frets.
The E-II Eclipse DB includes high-end components like straplocks, Gotoh locking tuners, and a Gotoh TOM bridge and tailpiece. This is one great bit of kit!
