The new J-16E 1935 Burst introduces a striking new voice to the 16 Series, matching timeless visual appeal with a rich, deep vintage tone. With a solid Spruce gloss top paired with satin solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides, this classic pairing of tonewoods provides big projection, clear high-end and a punchy low-end which cuts through the mix with aplomb. The Jumbo body truly brings the noise, ideal for strummers and rhythm players - this thing delivers huge volume.
Thanks to traditional scalloped X-bracing design, it resonates beautifully and has tonnes of sustain. The Ebony fingerboard looks super classy and has a smooth feel underhand. With a Modified Low Oval neck profile along with 1 3/4" nut supplies optimum comfort.
