Lowden build their guitars with the utmost care and with expert precision, and this 35 Series 12-String is no exception. The 35 Series presents a combination of this exacting build quality together with premium tonewoods which express beautiful nuances and bring out the best in your playing.
The back and sides of this model are an ultra premium AAAA Indian Rosewood capped off with AAAA Sitka Spruce top. A tried and tested combination which will be familiar to most acoustic players turned up to the max with timbers of ultimate quality - it really comes to life here on this 12-string. Rosewood and Spruce pair together so well as they work together in harmony to bring forth punchy lows and clear highs - this is particularly popular with singer-songwriters as vocals sit nicely in the middle which creates a beautiful balance. The shimmering quality of the 12-string highlights these strengths, and offers an incredible sounding guitar with superb projection and defined clarity.
The neck is a 5-piece mahogany and rosewood combination which offers strong structural durability, and the GL Standard neck profile provides optimum comfort and accessibility when playing.
With beautiful attention to detail such as Figured Maple binding, Maple-Rocklite-Mahogany purflings and Gotoh 510 Gold Mini's with Ebony buttons, this is truly an exceptional 12-string acoustic of the highest calibre.
The F-shape body brings forth a balanced tone with plenty of volume and still retains resonance and a great dynamic response when engaging in softer playing styles. A super versatile body shape designed to appeal to all.

This guitar has been expertly repaired by Lowden themselves, due to it arriving to us damaged in transit. The headstock suffered a slight crack but Lowden have done an amazing job - cosmetically you would barely be able to tell and it is fully repaired to the highest possible standard. It plays and sounds absolutely incredible, truly one of the finest 12-strings we've ever had in stock. A "new" guitar but sold as used.
