The Mandrake incorporates a 2nd order Low-Pass Filter, offering precise control over upper harmonics and improved tracking. The FILTER control allows you to achieve cutting and shrieking mayhem when turned fully left, while a turn in the opposite direction produces a mellower, synth-like texture. This flexibility is crucial for tailoring the upper octave effect to different instruments and pickups, ensuring a customised tone that isn't one-size-fits-all.

To sculpt the octave voicing to your personal taste, the TIMBRE control defines the amount of fuzzy gain present in the upper octave. From slightly crunchy and percussive tones for melodic arpeggio enhancements to crushingly saturated doom-hammer sounds with the knob turned fully clockwise, the Mandrake adapts to your creative preferences.
