Tom Anderson Guitarworks build some of the sweetest guitars around and this Hollow Drop Top is a really inspiring take on the classic Super Strat design.
With a hollow Basswood body with Figured Maple top, finished in a super cool Cherry Burst, this Drop Top is real light and perfectly balanced. The Hard Rock Maple neck with Madagascan Rosewood fingerboard combo is a match made in heaven, with its 25.5" scale length and smooth feel you get a slick but stable neck grip. The neck shape is supremely comfortable and offers a great feel right up the neck.
Rocking a duo of Tom Anderson SA1 and SA1R single coils and a meaty H2+ humbucker pickup, you have tonnes of tonal options here. With a really nice, focussed feel and unbelievable clarity, this is a real premium guitar. With a 5 way switch plus Switcheroo and Vintage Voicing switching, it can handle just about anything. With a vintage tremolo bridge and Buzz Feiten tuning system, you get incredible tuning stability and intonation.
