The body and neck are both made from African Mahogany and the main purpose of creating the Modern Satin range was to celebrate what a great tone wood it is.

The guitar features a transparent satin finish with a thin layer of satin urethane which allows the whole guitar to resonate superbly and give you super sweet, warm tones with beautiful sustain. This works in perfect balance with the JST pick-ups giving you a truly versatile instrument.
