The benefit of the High Performance model is in its modern playability. It features the amazing next generation G-Force automatic tuning system, a new adjustable zero-fret titanium nut (the 2015 Gibson's with G-Force had a brass nut - so these have more increased tuning stability), a fast access heel so you can reach those rockin' high leads with maximum comfort and a soloist neck width just to make it all the more playable!
You get everything you've ever loved in terms of SG tone with this guitar, if feels and sounds like a great SG should, but you have the benefit of a vintage feeling instrument with these modern appointments.
