The Fender Stratocaster is probably the most iconic guitar ever produced and the Fender Custom Shop '61 Stratocaster NOS is a fitting addition to this legendary line.
A traditional Alder body is finished in a majestic Olympic White NOS finish. The NOS finish gives the appearance of a New Old Stock guitar, one that has been perfectly preserved since 1961 and doesn't feature any kind of ageing or relic work.
The quarter sawn Maple neck has a smooth finish and a AAA-grade Rosewood fingerboard. With a 10" radius and 6105 frets, the '61 Custom Shop Stratocaster also features a '60 style Strat oval C neck shape. It's supremely comfortable and well balanced.
With a trio of handwound Fender '60s pickups it delivers all the sweeping, versatile tones you would expect from a Strat. Rich and smooth, it's a premium Stratocaster tone.
