The Fender Stratocaster is probably the most iconic guitar ever, and the '59 model holds a special place in history as a really special guitar. The Fender Custom Shop '59 Stratocaster in NOS Olympic White really embraces the true spirit of the '59.
We love it when brands put out high spec models for our left handed friends and this one is definitely worth a look!
A traditional Alder body is finished in NOS Olympic White with a super thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish. This beautiful finish allows the natural resonance of the wood shine through, offering a superior tone and sustain when compared with thicker finishes.
The Maple neck has a smooth satin finish and Rosewood fingerboard. With a 9.5" radius and medium jumbo frets, the '59 Custom Shop Stratocaster also features a Mid-60's Oval C neck shape. It's supremely comfortable and well balanced.
To deliver the sweeping and versatile tones you expect from a Strat, the '59 comes loaded with a trio of Josefina handwound Fat 60's pickups. Rich and smooth, it's a premium Stratocaster tone.
