This eye catching little number was one that we managed to secure at the NAMM 2017 Fender Custom Shop dealer event. The 50's Relic Telecaster Thinline in Aztek Gold over Gold Sparkle delivers show stopping looks and supreme build quality from the Fender Custom Shop.
The classically styled Thinline body features a supremely pretty Aztec Gold over Gold Sparkle relic finish. Looking like it has stepped straight out of the '50s, this Telecaster has some serious mojo.
Classic Telecaster tones come courtesy of a Hand-Wound Twisted Tele at the Neck and a Hand-Wound Broadcaster at the bridge, tonally diverse, this Telecaster also benefits from modern Tele wiring via the famed Greasebucket Tone Circuit.
The quartersawn Maple neck boasts a 1957 Soft V profile and a 9.5" radius, comfortable and authentically aged it is a joy to play. With a Limited Edition engraved neckplate this guitar also proudly wears the Fender Custom Shop 30th Anniversary decal on the headstock.
