The Fender Stratocaster is probably the most iconic guitar ever produced and one of its most famous players is ol' slow hand himself, Eric Clapton. 2018 see’s the release of the 30th Anniversary Signature Eric Clapton Journeyman Relic.

A 2-piece select Ash body is finished in the super Black nitro lacquer The Journeyman is a very lightly aged nitro finish; this gives the look and feel of a vintage guitar that has been lovingly cared for over the years. This finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other more modern finishes.

The Maple neck features a 9.5" radius for a superb playing action without any choking. The Soft V shape and 22 vintage frets offers a really comfortable playing experience, perfect for those slow blues jams!

With a trio of Vintage Noiseless Strat pickups it delivers all the sweeping, versatile tones you would expect from a Strat. Rich and smooth, it's a premium Stratocaster tone. No Clapton model would be complete without the Master TBX tone control, Active Mid-boost and blocked vintage style tremolo.

Arguably the best of the British bluesers, Clapton is a rock icon and this Strat is well worthy of his name!
