Faith Mercury Signature Dirty Blonde Prototype

Patrick James Eggle is very much the modern day hero of British guitar design. Not content to just build his incredible boutique electrics, Patrick fronts up Faith, creating a range of innovative and highly desirable acoustics.
This guitar comes from a collection of ex demo and prototype models that never made it into full production. Some of these will have been show stock and almost all of them feature slight defects and marks, we will do our best to highlight all the damage but please do bear in mind the origins of these guitars. They do however offer a really great opportunity to get your hands on some incredibly rare Eggle designed Faith guitars for a fraction of the normal price!
This Mercury Signature prototype features an all-African Mahogany construction, finished in the super cool Dirty Blonde finish, this was a unique, one off guitar. It's real loud for such a small bodied guitar and it has a real nice zingy tone. The finish is quite soft and so marks and scrapes do show up, there are a number of very minor surface scratches that show up in the light.
A Mahogany neck boasts an impressive Macassan Figured Ebony fingerboard with the signature Faith mother of pearl 'F' at the 12th fret.
