The Epiphone Hummingbird Tribute brings everything players love about the Gibson Hummingbird to Epiphone’s most accessible price point yet. It features the same square-shouldered dreadnought body shape and powerful tone that make the Hummingbird such a popular choice amongst players.
The body features layered mahogany back and sides alongside a select layered spruce top. Together, they create a warm, balanced tone that’s super inspiring to play. Visually, it’s a great-looking guitar too. Little details like the antique ivory-coloured binding help give it a much more expensive look than you might expect at this price.
The glued-in mahogany neck is extremely comfortable and feels great to play. The Rounded C neck profile is one of Epiphone’s most popular options, so it’s great to see it used on this model. The laurel fingerboard feels smooth under your fingers and features 20 frets, dot inlays, a 12” radius, a 24.75” scale length, and single ply binding. It also features a set of Epiphone deluxe tuners, alongside a reverse belly bridge crafted from laurel.
