The Gretsch G6136T - White Falcon is one of those incredible guitars that seamlessly manages to honour its rich heritage whilst pushing forward with modern vision and functionality. Inspired by the Golden Era of Gretsch production, the '50s and '60s, this White Falcon is one of Gretsch's rarest birds.
The Maple body is finished in an awesome White, and with the delicious gold hardware, it looks every bit the classic Gretsch. The Maple neck has a rich Ebony fingerboard, this creates an awesome contrast between the body and neck. With the standard U shape profile and a 12" radius, it's comfortable and really well balanced.
With a pair of High Sensitive FilterTron pickups you have incredible response and definition. They have a great dynamic range and really respond to the way you play, slick and subtle one second and roaring the next. With independent volume for each pickup and a master tone you can really sculpt your sound and make it your own
A Rocking Bar bridge offers great stability and is perfect for all those country, jazz and blues licks. A real stunner, this guitar is a great example of timeless Gretsch design.
This guitar is an ex demo model, it was used in a video shoot here at peach with our good friend Mark Chapman from the band "A", after the shoot they were boxed back up and have been kept safe in our warehouse. These guitars are mint and are at an amazing price point!
