Featuring a traditional Mahogany body the Iommi SG Special is super resonant and punchy in tone, finished in a Vintage Cherry Gloss Nitrocellulose Lacquer it really captures the vintage vibe of the original, beautifully decorated with a classic black pickguard it looks the real deal.
The Mahogany neck features a rounded neck profile allowing for quick and easy movements, it fits perfectly in your hand allowing for a comfortable and premium playing experience. The bound Indian Rosewood fingerboard features a 12" radius, 22 medium jumbo frets, acrylic dot inlays and a 24.75" scale length.
Classic Iommi tone comes courtesy of an amazing pair of P-90 single coils pickups which break up beautifully when driven and clean up really well on a clean setting, this SG is full to the brim of that classic and iconic Tony Iommi tone. With a pair of Volume and Tone controls with hand wired with Orange Drop capacitors this is bursting with tonal possibilities.
With an Adjustable Wraparound bridge with Grover Rotomatic tuners this SG not only looks the part but provides a safe and secure playing experience with no need to worry about tuning or intonation issues.
