Gibson are the kings when it comes to hollowbody guitars, since launching the ES-335 back in the '50's Gibson have been refining and improving hollowbody design. The Gibson ES-339 is a stunning addition to their roster.
A 3-Ply Maple/Poplar/Maple body is finished in a timeless Sunset Burst finish. It offers incredible sustain, a sweet, rich tone and a supreme playing position. The Mahogany neck features a Rosewood fingerboard, traditional "C" profile and classic vintage Gibson block inlays. Despite its smaller dimensions, this is a real player's guitar, perfectly balanced and super smooth.
A pair of Burstbucker 1 and 2 humbuckers delivers those classic tones - vintage and with enhanced highs, they offer real authenticity. These PAF style pickups offer a truly historic sound.
Gibson have perfectly captured the old school vibe so many of us crave but in a super slick guitar. It's a winner.
