The Fender Ritchie Blackmore Stratocaster is a stripped back signature model built for expressive lead work and high output tone. Based on Blackmore's favourite 70s Strat, it features a gloss Olympic White finish, 3 ply white pickguard and vintage style hardware.
The alder body delivers balanced resonance and classic Strat clarity. The maple neck has a U shaped profile with a bullet truss rod and a 7.25 inch radius graduated scalloped rosewood fingerboard. Scalloping is deeper at the higher frets, allowing precise control for bends and vibrato. The neck is joined with a three bolt F stamped plate and Micro Tilt adjustment.
Electronics include Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound Flat SSL-4 single coil pickups in the neck and bridge positions, with the bridge unit reverse wound and reverse polarity. The middle pickup is a non active dummy. A 3 way blade switch offers direct access to neck, bridge or both combined.
Additional features include vintage style synchronised tremolo, Fender F stamped tuners, black plastic knobs and switch tip, Dunlop dual locking strap buttons and a deluxe gig bag.
