The Fender Eric Johnson Stratocaster is a meticulously refined signature model built to the exacting standards of one of the most respected Strat players of all time. Every detail has been carefully selected by Eric himself to deliver exceptional tone, feel and performance.
The alder body is paired with a quartersawn maple neck featuring a soft V profile, 12 inch radius and 21 medium jumbo frets. The maple fingerboard offers smooth playability and precise intonation, while the nitrocellulose lacquer finish allows the wood to breathe and age naturally.
Three custom voiced single coil pickups deliver vintage Strat tone with enhanced clarity and balance. The neck pickup is specially wound for warmth, the middle pickup is reverse wound for hum cancelling and the bridge pickup offers extra bite without harshness.
Additional features include a vintage style two point synchronised tremolo, staggered vintage tuners for improved break angle without string trees, and a lightweight body selected for resonance. Includes deluxe hardshell case.
