Handwound Flat Mag & Original Blackguard Pickups - 9.5" Fingerboard Radius - Narrow Tall Frets

Like something out of a dream and akin to Fender's Parallel Universe series, The Fender Custom Shop '60 Tele-Jazzmaster Bigsby really pushes the boundaries of Leo's vision.
A sort for lightweight Ash body is finished in a Burnt Copper nitro lacquer, period correct, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other finishes.
The medium tint Quartersawn Roasted Maple neck has a smooth finish and a AAA-grade sort for dark Rosewood fingerboard. With a 9.5" radius and 21 narrow tall 6105 frets and a 1.650" nut width this guitar is posed and ready for action.
It also features a '60 Style Oval "C" neck shape which measures .790" at the 1st fret and .930" at the 12th fret. It's supremely comfortable and well balanced.
The hardware and electronics are where this hybrid guitar really show - with an RSD Jazzmaster bridge and Bigsby B-5 tailpiece, this guitar is really top notch! The hand wound Jazzmaster flat magnet neck pickup and hand wound Original Blackguard tele bridge pickup make for some wonderfully versatile tones that you wouldn't expect.
Yet another absolute stunner from the guys at the Fender Custom Shop!
