Fender Custom Shop 60's Strat NOS 3 Tone Sunburst *Used*

For many players, when you think of Fender one of the first guitars you think of is a '60s Stratocaster in 3-Tone Sunburst. It remains one of our most popular colours for Strat's across Fender's whole line, from Squier all of the way through to the USA production and Custom Shop models. So many legendary guitar heroes have graced the stage with variations on this iconic guitar. It's timeless, understated and continues to inspire players every day.

Here we have a NOS nitro finish model from the Fender Custom Shop. New Old Stock means it is replicating the look of a guitar exactly as it would have been in the 1960's, but with modern appointments for present-day players needs. As this model is pre-owned, the NOS finish has got some signs of genuine wear, the most notable of which is some lacquer cracks near the neck pocket where it has taken a little bit of damage from when the neck has been removed for a set-up.

It features a 9.5" fretboard radius, 21 Sanko 6105 frets, a 1.650" nut width and a 60 Style Oval C neck profile - all of this combines for a smooth, comfortable playing experience suitable for a large variety of styles.

An Alder body combines with a Maple neck which is topped with a AAA grade Rosewood fingerboard - a classic combination. Loaded with 60 Strat single-coil pickups you can achieve all those iconic vintage Strat tones with ease, from glassy cleans through to gritty mid-focused lead lines and everything in between.
