The Fender Stratocaster is probably the most iconic guitar ever produced and the Fender Custom Shop '60 Stratocaster Journeyman is a fitting addition to this legendary line.
A traditional Alder body is finished in a vivid Fiesta Red Journeyman finish. The Journeyman is a very lightly aged nitro finish; this gives the look and feel of a vintage guitar that has been lovingly cared for over the years. This finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other finishes.
The Rift Sawn Maple neck has a smooth finish and an AAA-grade Rosewood fingerboard. With a 9.5" radius and 6105 Narrow Tall frets, the '60 Custom Shop Stratocaster also features a '60 Style Oval C neck shape, which is one of the most popular Fender offer. It's supremely comfortable and well balanced.
With a trio of Handwound Fender 60/63 Strat pickups, it delivers all the sweeping, versatile tones you would expect from a Strat. Rich and smooth, it's a premium Stratocaster tone.
