This Fender Custom Shop '55 Strat Heavy Relic in Super Faded Aged Black, built in 2014, features a 2-piece ash body, a quartersawn maple neck with a Large C profile (.875" at 1st fret, .950" at 12th) with black dot inlays. The nitro lacquer finish replicates the aged look of a 1955 Strat, complete with a 7.25" radius and 21 x 6150 frets for a vintage feel with modern playability. In "as-new"condition, with only factory wear present

This '55 Strat features an HSS configuration, with a Zebra Bobbin Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates pickup at the bridge, paired with Fat 50's single-coils at the middle and neck, offering versatility from Stevie Ray Vaughan-style tones to chunky humbucker sounds with the flick of a switch. Wired with a 5-way switch, master volume, and two tone controls using CTS 250K 10% taper pots and paper-in-oil capacitors, it provides a wide range of tonal options. The vintage-style synchronized tremolo with steel saddles and chrome/nickel hardware ensures stable vibrato action, complemented by a 1-ply pickguard. Professionally set up by our expert luthiers at Peach Guitars, it’s ready to play straight out of its hardshell case.

Body & Neck: 2-piece ash body in Super Faded Aged Black nitro lacquer finish with heavy checking, paired with a quartersawn maple neck with Micarta black dot inlays, offering a 7.25" radius and 21 6150 frets.

Neck Profile: Large C shape (.875" at 1st fret, .950" at 12th) with a 25.5" scale length and 1.650" nut width, designed for a vintage feel with comfortable playability.

Pickups & Hardware: Zebra Bobbin Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbucker at the bridge with Fat 50's single-coils in HSS configuration, 5-way switch, master volume, and two tone controls, complemented by a vintage-style synchronized tremolo with steel saddles and chrome/nickel hardware.

Condition: Good condition with factory-applied heavy relicing, professionally set up by our luthiers for optimal performance.

Case: Includes the hardshell case.
