The latest edition for 2026, the Fender American Professional Series is designed for musicians who demand exceptional playability, premium craftsmanship, and versatile tone. Built on over six decades of innovation, this model refines classic Fender designs to meet the needs of today’s players.
On this Professional Jazzmaster, the Deep "C" neck profile features smooth rolled fingerboard edges, a "Super-Natural" satin finish, and a sculpted neck heel. These enhancements provide a comfortable grip, effortless movement along the fretboard, and improved access to higher frets. The 9.5" radius Rosewood fingerboard and 22 narrow-tall frets make string bending easier and ensure precise intonation across the neck.
The Alder body is quipped with specially voiced V-Mod III Jazzmaster single-coil pickups which bring supreme clarity, vintage chime and sparkle with plenty of classic soapbar growl. The pickup in the bridge position utilises a tap function which provides either a sweet lower-output sound or a deeper throaty tone that packs a punch. In addition to this, the Series Mode Rhythm Circuit allows for both pickups in series at the flick of a switch - this gives added thickness in your tone with higher output, which can be controlled with individual roller pots.
ClassicGear Precision Potentiometers give you smooth, consistent control with custom torque, spot-on resistance, and a musical taper for seamless, dependable performance.
The upgraded ClassicGear J-Bridge with tight-tolerance machined saddles provide accurate tuning reliability and enhances sustain and improves overall resonance, delivering a dynamic playing experience. The Panorama tremolo brings smooth and reliable vibrato with increased range.
Additional features include a 1.685" bone nut for superior tuning stability and resonance.
