It features set-thru construction with a mahogany body and maple cap, delivering excellent resonance and sustain. The 3-piece mahogany neck with a Thin U contour and 24-fret macassar ebony fingerboard provides smooth playability and easy access to upper frets. The stainless steel XJ frets offer long-term durability and consistent feel, while multi-ply binding on the body, neck, and headstock enhances the overall aesthetic and craftsmanship.
One of the standout features is the EverTune bridge, which maintains constant string tension to ensure exceptional tuning stability and precise intonation across the entire neck. This system eliminates the need for frequent tuning adjustments, even during aggressive playing, temperature changes, or extended performances. Paired with Grover tuners, this guitar delivers an extremely stable and low-maintenance setup ideal for studio and stage use.
The EC-1000 is equipped with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and a Jazz model in the neck position, offering a versatile and powerful tonal range. The JB delivers tight lows, crisp highs, and a prominent midrange that enhances note clarity and harmonic richness, making it suitable for both rhythm and lead playing in various genres. The Jazz neck pickup offers clear articulation with a balanced tone, ideal for clean passages or high-gain lead work.
