D'Addario XSE1252W XS Nickel strings provide the longest life of any D'Addario electric set, thanks to the ultra thin XS coating that delivers exceptional durability while preserving a natural, lively tone. The coating creates a smooth, fast feel without muting clarity, output or harmonic detail, giving players extended lifespan without sacrificing performance.
Constructed with a NY Steel core, reformulated nickelplated steel wrap wire and Fusion Twist technology, XS Nickel strings offer superior break strength and outstanding tuning stability, staying in tune up to 131 percent better than standard electric sets. This 1252 Light Wound Third set features a wound 3rd string, ideal for drop tuning, jazz setups or players who prefer a firmer, more traditional feel on the G string.
Each set is coated, round wound and made in the USA at D'Addario's New York facility. The recyclable, resealable VCI bag includes a code that can be registered for Players Circle points.
