This 001 12 Fret features a combination of a premium Honduran Mahogany top, back & sides as well as a Mahogany neck, which provides the perfect structure for a vintage-inspired acoustic guitar that produces a mid-range focused, touch sensitive and rich tone which resonates remarkably well. It works exceptionally for all sorts of styles, and suits fingerstyle particularly well due to the 1 3/4" bone nut and 12-Fret neck join with slotted headstock - this provides a comfortable, authentically vintage playing experience as well as a tight, articulate note separation. This means you don't have to get too aggressive with your picking hand in order to produce a lot of volume - it's super dynamic and responds to your playing style.

An Ebony fingerboard matches an Ebony bridge, which is fitted with a Bone saddle for vintage-style tonal clarity and durability, while the Modified V neck profile offers an ergonomic feel when fretting. Classy details like the Mother-of-Pearl inlays and the Ebony peghead veneer with the Collings logo highlight the guitar’s premium craftsmanship.

Additional features include Ebony bridge pins with Mother-of-Pearl dots, and Waverly tuners for precise and stable tuning.
