Constructed with a premium alder body and a bolt-on maple neck, this instrument is engineered for maximum stability. The neck is fortified with graphite reinforcement rods, ensuring structural integrity against environmental shifts and heavy gigging. Featuring a speed neck profile and comfortably rolled fingerboard edges, the guitar delivers a broken-in feel that facilitates rapid position shifts and fluid lead or rhythm work with ease. The 12"-16" compound radius maple fingerboard is optimised for technical efficiency, with 22 jumbo frets for effortless bends and vibrato.
The pickups are body-mounted Seymour Duncan JB and '59 humbuckers, providing classic high-output rock tones rich in harmonic overtones. The controls offers great versatility:
- Push/Pull Coil Split: Integrated into the volume control for instantaneous access to single-coil textures.
- No-Load Tone Circuit: Operates conventionally from 1–9, but completely bypasses the circuit at 10 to preserve the guitar's pure, transparent signal.
- Heel-Mount Truss Rod Wheel: Located at the base of the neck for rapid relief adjustments without removing the neck or the strings.
For superior pitch stability during aggressive tremolo use, the instrument is equipped with a recessed Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking bridge, allowing for extreme dive bombs and harmonic flutters while staying perfectly in tune.
