The Bad Cat Ocelot is a boutique-grade, compact valve amplifier designed for modern players who demand flexibility, tone, and portability. Powered by dual EL84s and three 12AX7s, it delivers everything from shimmering cleans to saturated high-gain distortion across two independent channels.
Channel 1 offers high-headroom clean tones with a Hi/Lo mode switch for edge-of-breakup textures. Channel 2 delivers tight crunch and full-bodied gain, with independent volume and gain controls. Shared EQ includes Treble, Mid, Bass, and Presence, plus a global Master Volume.
Studio-ready features include integrated Two notes Torpedo DynIR cabinet simulation with six onboard presets, selectable 20W/1W power modes, and cabinet-simulated XLR and headphone outputs for silent practice or direct recording. MIDI control allows deep preset management, and the buffered effects loop ensures seamless pedal integration.
Built with a rugged aluminium chassis, custom Bad Cat transformer set, and USB-C connectivity for firmware updates, the Ocelot is a versatile tone machine ready for stage, studio, or home.
