The Morgan SW50 offers true vintage tonality but with modern day features and reliability, this is the loudest, cleanest amp Morgan make, it's a real winner!
Inspired by a vintage valve amp that was bought into the Morgan workshop; the SW50 can produce a wide range of classic vintage tones. Perfect for the stage or studio, its extreme touch sensitivity will allow you to find sweet clean tones even at the highest gain settings. Singing sustain and with a warm, compressed drive, this is an amp for tone purists.
The SW50 utilizes a special level control. Its job is to control the amount of gain available in the power section of the amplifier. You will notice after about 3 o'clock on the level control you are adding overdrive to the power section. This allows you to use the level control at lower volumes without sacrificing your tone.
Fully handwired in the states, this little box of tricks is authentically vintage and produces a super versatile sound. Finished in Black, the Morgan SW50 is one super spec'd amp.
