    Fresh from the success of the Helix, Line 6 have announced the release of the Powercab, a 1x12 active speaker system that delivers authentic amp tones when paired with your favourite modeller. 

    Set the Powercab to flat, plug in your modelling unit and play, it's that easy. The Powercab will amplify your presets with the same response and feel of a real guitar amplifier. Thanks to the speaker modelling you can instantly load any of six different speaker presets completely virtually.

    Its really user friendly, just bypass the amp simulation on your modelling unit and let the Powercab do its thing. To get the authentic amp tone, the Powercab combines a 250 watt power amp with a custom hybrid coaxial speaker. This speaker fuses the rapid response of a guitar cab with the range, clarity and power handling of a PA speaker.
