If you are looking for British made boutique powerhouse, the Hamstead Artist 20+RT could just be the thing for you. Designed and crafted in Cambridgeshire, this amp was the one that kick started Hamstead’s rise to delicious tonal majesty!
Aiming to deliver maximum tonal versatility, the Artist 20+RT is a single channel, EL84 loaded workhorse with a real smooth response. Covering a myriad of tones, it kicks out sparkling country cleans to super harsh rock tones and almost everything in between with a depth and clarity that allows the natural tone of your guitar to sing through.
Coming in at 20 watts, it would be quite easy to think this is totally unsuitable for home rehearsal but the Artist 20 features Hamstead’s signature Output Power selection that allows you to drop it down to either 7 or 2 watts without compromising the quality of your tone. It’s a great feature.
Loaded with their proprietary Reverb and Tremolo circuits, the Artist 20 allows you to alter their position in the chain at the flick of a switch. Offering everything from ambient textures to subtle flavours, this amp really does do it all.
Complete with footswitch, this mega amp is used but in great condition and ready to hit the road.
